After changing, you have to refresh themes!
The default style embeds the jump marks in the navigation bar. When scrolling the bar stays fixed in place.
With this style, the jump marks are below the navigation bar and below a existing stage SmartBlock. The navigation bar is not fixed in place, but on scroll the jump marks are fixed at the top.
